Stanley Meyer - Water As Fuel

Stan Meyer introduction video: Stan Meyer Introduction Video

A key understanding that provides credibility to Meyer's technology is he had to demonstrate it to the patent office representatives before approval. An independent review of several inventions/inventors demonstrated that Meyer's technological achievements were one of the most credible.
His technology centered on using water as a fuel source. His water powered car garners the most attention, however, this was a small fraction of his achievements. Other areas of his technology are broken down into sections below, with a short description and impact.

Independent Electrical Power Production:

Stan's Electrical Particle Generator ("EPG"), as shown below, would've provided industry and residential homes with electrical power without consuming an external energy source. This would cause obsolescence of the current power grid (lines, transformers, etc). The removal of dependency on coal power plants (given the scrubbers on US's coal plants provide clean exhaust, this isn't a total necessity). Removal of the crackpot narrative pushing solar and wind, both passive systems, as replacements for the current on-demand power needs. Stan invented a device he called the "Steam Resonator" that would produce hot water or steam with very little power input. This method could provide hot water for industrial and residential applications, desalination of ocean water, sterilization or distillation to produce potable water. This was initially developed to prevent freezing of water fuel in vehicles during cold temperatures but expanded into other areas of application. Below shows the vehicle version (left side) and the residential evolution, called the "Home Heating System" (right side). For a deeper technical analysis, please visit the Steam Resonator page:

Water Powered Car:

Stan's most publicly shared success was the development of a VW rail buggy to run on water. A large volume of electronic circuitry was integrated to accomplish this task. The main controller, an analog computer, was called the Gas Management System. Patents provide a chronological evolution of his technology.

Burn-rate Adjustment:

Hydrogen and Oxygen burns really fast and hot. In order to utilize them as a fuel, this burn-rate/temperature must be adjustable. Stan accomplished this with the "Gas Retardation Process", which is simply intermixing non-combustible gases: exhaust from an engine, naturally existing air gases such as Nitrogen, etc. This causes the burn-rate to be adjustable depending on how much non-combustible gases are intermixed. I provided a visual example of this on my YouTube channel: Gas Retardation Process
An important part of this process was the development of what Stan called was a Quenching Disc. A ceramic disc with 0.010" diameter ports that prevented spark back. Safely sustaining a flame mainly comprised of H/O. I've had a batch made for testing that can be viewed here: Quenching Disc

Electron Extraction:

Stan developed a method to influence molecular structures. He used this to process the H/O gases to release from energy by destabilization. According to Stan, this process could also be used to produce new molecular structures.

Water Injector:

Stan's later developments reduced the number of components into an injector that converted water into H/O gases and combusted them all on demand. Replacing the normal spark plugs on an engine, these injectors would've made existing engine conversions possible.
