As of 11-13-24, two stators have been rewound according to Stan's specifications. One that is conventional alternator arrangement, the second being separate banks of 3 phases.   

Alumina quenching discs have been produced. Dimensions are larger than Stan's originals, being 3/4" outside diameter with a thickness of 0.200". Two types were made, a single port and a ten port (shown below). Orifice diameters are 0.010".
