Layout & Increasing Reflectivity

Aluminum half sections don't provide good reflection. Addition of HVAC aluminum foil duct taping increased reflectivity without sacrificing heat conduction. 

LEDs are spaced 4" on centers, corresponding to the focusing lens degree angle (120). Given large aluminum behaves as a heatsink, LEDs will be super glued directly to aluminum tape. In the event an LED goes bad, or needs replaced, tape should easily peel off and allow replacement.

To enhance cooling, four 12v computer fans were placed on each end piece as shown below. One side has fans orientated to pull air in, while opposite side fans push air outward, providing constant flow.
